King Looey for Partners
The most memorable events don't happen by accident. They're the result of vendors who show up prepared, communicate clearly, and care about the outcome as much as the client does. That standard doesn't stop at the tent, or the catering, or the florals. It has to extend to every element of the event — including the restroom.
King Looey was built to hold that standard. And to work with partners who hold it too.
Who We Work With
We serve tented weddings, private estates, and non-traditional venues across southern New England and the Hudson Valley — the same events that require a tent, a caterer, a florist, and a team of vendors who know how to work together under pressure.
If your clients regularly host or plan events without permanent restroom facilities, there's a good chance they need us. And if you're already recommending a restroom solution, we'd like to earn a place on that list.
What Your Clients Get
King Looey trailers are finished in a custom warm sand exterior specifically chosen to complement a wide range of event aesthetics without competing for attention. MALIN+GOETZ soap and lotion, linen-feel hand towels, ambient lighting, and curated background music are included as standard. Nothing your clients need to source separately. Nothing that will embarrass you for recommending it.
Our intake process is thorough, our communication is reliable, and our team arrives fully briefed on every detail discussed during planning. When something unexpected comes up on event day, we handle it without pulling you into it.
How We Work Together
We believe the best vendor relationships are built on mutual trust and reciprocity. When a King Looey client needs a tent, a venue, or any of the services our partners provide, we make introductions. We expect the same in return, and we take that responsibility seriously.
If you work with clients who need what we offer, let's talk.
For DJs and Bands
King Looey trailers are equipped with an onboard in ceiling audio system. We can extend your board feed via standard XLR or 1/4" line out directly into the restroom using our UHF wireless transmitter. No additional equipment on your end, no installation, no extra cost to anyone. Range extends up to 500 ft in optimal conditions, so a quick confirmation during pre-event coordination is required.
The result: guests stay connected to the event no matter where they are on the property. Nobody misses the toast because they were in the restroom. Nobody has to be pulled back to the dance floor. You announce it, the trailer carries it, the floor stays full.
Setup requires one brief coordination call during pre-event planning to confirm the connection and dial in the channel. That's it. Once it's done, it runs itself.
