For Planners

King Looey was built to redefine what planners and hosts should expect from their restroom experience. Before we engineered a single detail, we went straight to the source — the wedding planner community. Here's what we heard, and how we're using that feedback to protect your event.

"After booking, communication becomes non-existent. Phone calls aren't answered and callbacks can take weeks. Emails are ignored for far too long, and when responses finally come, they always seem to be incomplete."

King Looey understands that trust is built through clarity and access. You can't finalize your plans without reliable input from your partners, and we take that responsibility seriously. When you call, expect us to answer. When you email, expect a response that's thorough enough to actually move your planning forward, not a half-answer that creates more questions. We're committed to responding to every couple and planner on our calendar within 24 hours (but rarely need that long). Our job doesn't end when we have your deposit. That's when it begins.

"I insisted on a pre-event site visit because I had concerns about delivery access and trailer placement. They assured me this was unnecessary, but when they arrived they were not able to place the trailer where we needed it and it was facing the wrong way!"

At King Looey, we understand that every venue is unique, and your confidence should be won long before event day, not tested on it. Our equipment is designed for flexible access and placement, but we don't make promises we aren't certain we can keep. Our detailed intake process allows us to flag potential challenges early. If anyone, on our team or yours, is less than 100% certain that delivery will be straightforward, we'll arrange a video consultation or site visit to address concerns and build a plan that protects your peace. We can't always guarantee your preferred placement is suitable, but as long as your goal doesn't break the laws of physics or compromise safety, we will find a way to make it happen. And if adjustments are needed, you'll know well in advance so we can collaborate with your team on the best path forward.

"After spending weeks coordinating details with the office, the driver shows up with no idea what was discussed. It makes the entire planning process feel pointless. And no matter what I do, trailers seem to be delivered and picked up whenever they feel like it. Sometimes the trailer will sit for days after the event waiting for pickup."

King Looey is built around one simple principle: your event comes first. If accepting another booking would put flawless execution of yours at risk, we simply turn it down. Every detail discussed during planning travels with the delivery. Our team arrives fully briefed on your site requirements, placement preferences, and any concerns raised during the intake process. Nothing gets lost between the conversation and the execution. Delivery and pickup windows are clearly communicated and planned with margin so surprises never reach your event. Because we're a fully vertical operation, for most events the same service vehicle that delivers your trailer remains nearby and handles everything — waste removal, breakdown, and departure — in one clean, quiet process

"The soaps and paper products always feel like an afterthought. Thin toilet paper, basic dispensers, and generic hand soap that doesn't match the standard we've set for the rest of the event, and I shouldn't have to source my own supplies to close the gap."

Every detail your guests interact with needs to reflect the care you've put into curating the perfect event. That includes what they find at the sink and on the vanity — and at King Looey, it already does. Nothing is required from you.

MALIN+GOETZ soap and lotion and premium single-use linen-feel hand towels arrive with every booking as standard. For events requiring the highest possible standard at every guest touchpoint, disposables can be replaced with 100% cotton hand towels, rolled and presented for your guests' comfort. Our restroom essentials are selected with the same intention your florist brings to a centerpiece or your caterer brings to a place setting. If it doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't make it into the trailer.

The amenities basket — typically one more thing on your list — is handled. Stocked with a carefully selected collection of evening-saving essentials, it arrives with every booking as standard. One less coordination your event requires.

"The trailers either look completely generic or they're covered in the company's branding. Neither works. I need something that blends with the aesthetic we've built, not something that looks like a billboard or an afterthought."

Your restroom should feel like a natural extension of your event, not a distraction from it. King Looey trailers are finished in a custom warm sand (PMS 7527C / #D6D2C4) specifically chosen to complement a wide range of event palettes without competing for attention. Even our door iconography is custom, designed as clean monoline illustrations that feel intentional rather than industrial. You won't find oversized logos or flashy branding anywhere on our units. The design speaks for itself, and the only name your guests should be thinking about is yours.

"They promised a whisper-quiet generator, but during the event you could hear it humming through the cocktail hour. It's not what we were told to expect."

A quiet generator isn't just about the equipment. It's about how hard you're asking it to work. Most operators rely on a single inverter generator that would run quietly under ideal conditions, but when that unit is pushed near full capacity, the promise of "whisper quiet" falls apart. King Looey runs dual generators in parallel so that even at peak demand, each unit operates at roughly half its capacity. This approach builds in redundancy to protect your event in the unlikely event that one unit needs attention, and allows the inverter generators to fulfill their promise of smooth, quiet performance.

For ceremonies, vow exchanges, or any moment where silence is sacred, King Looey takes things a step further with "The Veil" Silent Service Window — a two-hour period where the trailer operates completely silently with no compromise to guest comfort. Zero engine noise. Zero risk of a generator interrupting the moments that matter most.

Your guests will notice the music, the laughter, and the conversation. The generator won't make the list.
