King Looey is Different by Design
The Difference
King Looey was launched in 2025 by Dan Bertrand, a founder whose core purpose is anchored on the duty to care for others well beyond what's expected. Dan built a successful career by proving that standard was a competitive advantage, and grew tired of fighting within corporate structures that increasingly worked against it. Dan is a Connecticut native and father of two who is raising his sons to share his belief in the power of human connection. After nearly two decades of succeeding in B2B sales by proving that taking care of people is good business, Dan grew tired of superficial working relationships and created King Looey to extend that standard to one of the most vital parts of any event: the plumbing.
King Looey exists to extend that standard to an essential part of life's most memorable events, without compromise. By providing clients and guests with peace of mind and thoughtful touches throughout their restroom experience, we ensure that the magical moments are what linger in guests' memories of the event, not the logistics.
By bringing decades of client-centric perspective, operational efficiency, and solution-first accountability to bear, King Looey is eschewing old norms to finally deliver mobile restrooms worthy of today's most exceptional tented and estate events. Because some situations simply call for more than "good enough."
We are never operating on the margins. King Looey builds headroom into every decision — because operating near the limits means anything unexpected make a problem impossible to solve.
We welcome collaboration with your on-site team to prioritize event day success above all else. Ego doesn't enter the equation and proactive communication is the norm.
Pre-event site visits are offered free of charge and are encouraged. If things are not crystal clear, they are insisted upon.
On-site attendants are available, strongly recommended, and empowered to address any surprises.
We maintain precise, predictable schedules. You will know when to expect our arrival and our departure, and you'll know about anything that changes along the way.
The difference is service.
The difference is structure, tools, and logistics.
This means arriving prepared for the situations most operators aren't.
King Looey is vertically integrated. Other operators outsource waste pumping and water delivery, handing off the most operationally critical parts of the process to a third party they don't control. King Looey handles every step in-house. A single truck can deliver your restroom, remain on site, handle waste removal, and tow the trailer away at the end of the event. Same day delivery and removal is not only possible, it’s the standard.
One point of contact is accountable for everything from intake to post-event follow up.
We maintain a conservative booking calendar. If a new opportunity would put yours in jeopardy, it's off the table.
"Good enough” has never been the standard here. It never will be.
Pre-event site visits, clearly communicated technical requirements, and a detailed intake process that gets ahead of last-minute surprises before they become your problem.
When generators are needed, we run two in parallel — building in redundancy against failure and keeping both units in their smoothest, quietest operating range.
When silence is non-negotiable, "The Veil" Silent Service Window runs the trailer on battery power with no compromise to guest comfort.
When precise placement matters — in a tight courtyard, along a hedgerow, or anywhere a tow vehicle cannot go — a 10,000lb electric trailer dolly makes it possible.
It means nothing is left to chance.
Every plan has a contingency
Every critical system has a backup.
So does vehicle recovery equipment — because preparedness means accounting for the situations that aren't supposed to happen.
Spare equipment, spare parts, and complete tool kits travel with every event.
